Queen Silth, vixen ruler of Castle Marl, has one mission: to create a rich oasis of beautiful treasures on her island home. She has an army of water rats poised to plunder for their High Queen, and the wily Marlfox offspring at large with their legendary magical powers.
James Brian Jacques (1939–2011) was an English author, best known for his Redwall series of novels, as well as the Castaways of the Flying Dutchman series. He also completed two collections of short stories entitled The Ribbajack & Other Curious Yarns and Seven Strange and Ghostly Tales.
