Kirth Gersen's life was dedicated to revenge: to killing one by one the five Demon Princes who had butchered his parents and brought terror to the Oikumene. Now, finally, only one Prince remained – but he was to prove the most elusive of all.
His name was Howard Alan Treesong and the extent of his evil was impossible to imagine. It was to take more than a galaxy-wide guessing game to trap him... only Treesong's own holy Book of Dreams could provide the final solution!
