Hi, there is an Aussie author named Sonia D. Hebdon who is relatively new. She writes different genres for children with disabilities and is a nonprofit author interested in spreading autism awareness through her work. Her latest book is a YA paranormal romance set in the 80s called Sincerely Yours Written In The Stars And Inked In Destiny! She is an Indie author, and her work in the States is on Amazon and Barnes & Noble, as well as many other online bookstores, which are picking up this book. I recently bought an e-book, and I was blown away. Interestingly, DE Sherman, a fantasy author, reviewed her work and wrote a glowing review.  This book is so unique; it explores what happens to a story once a writer is finished- does it become real? It's a one-of-a-kind story focusing on writers disappearing in Haven Cover in 89, with Josie Worthington, a new intern at the local paper, being next. All her work is written in large print 16 font as people with ASD, ADHD, and Dyslexia find it easier to read.  She is slowly gaining attention, and all reviews are 4/5 stars.   The book includes a mixtape list of 80s songs to listen to while reading, and she has also created original songs to promote it. Because she is a nonprofit author, she doesn't have an agent and handles all marketing herself while also caring for her autistic kids. This book kept me on the edge of my seat; it felt like a trip back to the 80s with a Stranger Things vibe. So good. I hope you will add her to your database, especially since her new book is coming out in December. 

Hebdon sounds like an amazing author with such a unique and meaningful approach to storytelling, especially with her focus on autism awareness. Her latest book seems fascinating with its paranormal twist and 80s theme.
