David J. Horne

David J. Horne was born in Southwark London, and grew up in Kent and Hampshire. He joined the British Army (Royal Corps. Et Signals), serving a two year tour in Northern Ireland. He left the British Army after fifteen years service and joined the Sultan of Oman's army for two years. He now lives with his partner, three toy poodles and a cat, in Ayrshire, Scotland. He works as Concierge at the Westin Turnberry Resort, Scotland's premier golf resort. His hobbies, when not writing, are animals and he holds a black belt in martial arts. He is also a volunteer rescue driver for Hessilhead Wildlife Rescue Centre in Scotland.
