Animal Castle
Animal Castle is a fantasy picture book for children.
"In Prince Rimtheed's kingdom there were no animals. There were no cats or dogs, no mice or rabbits or birds, no hedgehogs, and no tortoises. Everybody felt there was something wrong, but no one could quite see what, until one day Prince Rimtheed's sister came to visit him. She brought with her a big shaggy brown dog..." After that, of course, the prince just had to have animals in his kingdom.
But was it wise? This blithe picture-story gives the answer.
