The thrilling new Carpathian novel by the #1 New York Times bestselling “queen of paranormal romance” (J.R. Ward).
Gabrielle has had enough of battles, and of seeing the man she loves, Gary Jansen — a gentle human researcher turned Carpathian warrior — nearly lose his life when it isn’t even his fight. All she wants is a life promised to her far away from the Carpathian mountains, from vampires, and far from the shadows cast by the crumbling monastery that hides so many terrible secrets. Gabrielle soon learns that promises made in the dark can pierce the heart like a dagger. But she isn’t the only one in search of answers in the corners of the unknown.

Next character on Torpedo Ink?
Will book 9 be Dario's story? I've been waiting for his book!!!
Would be fantastic if Dario finds out he really is a shadow rider and he finds out his mother was a Archambaut rider full blood! What a twist that would be!!! Find him a lady....what about Velia?
Who is going to be in the next Torpedo Ink book? I would really love to know!
I know you get asked all the time, but is there any chance Keys or Code will be up next in the Torpedo Ink series?
Still waiting of the answer to who is Sylvia listed as a old lady in twisted road!

There is currently no official release date for Shadow Riders #9, and Christine Feehan has not yet formally announced the next book in the series.
There is better news for GhostWalker fans. A 21st GhostWalker novel is currently expected in 2027, with early listings pointing to a possible June 2027 release. The title and official release date have not yet been announced.
We'll update the book pages as soon as more information becomes available.
Can’t wait to see Alana and Destroyer’s, Lana’s and ?, and Code and Cat’s story maybe. I also can’t wait for your 2027 stories. I always felt it was Cat hiding in their attic. It will be interesting to find out. I got “Twisted Road.” You write great books. And Code is not secondary to and in the Torpedo Ink stories!
