The year is 2061.

Hotwire and Blindboy have always been a team. Thats how they survive. But now they've got themselves kidnapped by the master criminal of the underworld and pressed into doing his wicked bidding, all because of their extraordinary talents.

Blindboy and Hotwire are a couple of kids whose home is the city dump. Blindboy can hear stuff buried under the dirt and slime; Hotwire is a girl with a genius for making old electric gadgets work again. But the mob has new uses for these amazing talents... and unless Blindboy and Hotwire can use their ingenuity to escape, they will be trapped in a dark and treacherous world of big-time crime.
