About the Book
A mysterious talisman
A missing grandfather and a stolen grimoire
You should always help your friends, right?
When the University Chancellor asks new professor “Mac” Mackenzie to take on a summer project, it’s hard for him
to say “no.” With promises of a summer salary, travel expenses and doing the university a favor, Mac and his
best friend Ally pack up for a summer adventure. But are things as simple as they seem? Among the haunted hills
of Vermont, anything might be possible.
And could Ally’s grandfather really be an alien?
