The Year’s Best Horror Stories was a series of annual anthologies published by Sphere Books in the U.K and edited by Richard Davis, each volume reprinted what in the opinion of the editor was the best short horror fiction from the previous year.
The series only ran for three editions but it was continued in the US published by DAW books Year's Best Horror Stories (US).
