The Faelin Chronicles

Diello and his sister Cynthe are the teenage children of a Fae woman and human father. Suddenly orphaned and abandoned, neither is aware that not only are they half-Fae, they’re half-royalty. 

Their mother, an exiled princess, had been hiding an all-powerful sword, Eiran, sought after both by the Fae and by their long-standing goblin enemies. The little family had lived peacefully for years, but now the goblins are on a rampage, and Diello and Cynthe must flee and somehow fight back. 

In a series of suspenseful adventures they learn the truth about their heritage and the importance of the sword. In the next two books, their conflicts with the goblins intensify.
