Emily Blackwood

Emily Blackwood's worlds are built on the delicate balance between light and dark, where magic hums beneath the surface, and every shadow holds a secret waiting to be uncovered. With a passion for weaving intricate stories of fantasy, romance, and the supernatural, she’s carved a niche that speaks directly to readers who crave characters caught between their deepest desires and the consequences of their choices.

Born with a love for storytelling, Emily’s journey into writing began with the quiet hours spent escaping into books, exploring realms of magic, mystery, and untold histories. Her debut series, The Wicked Flames Saga, introduced readers to a world of captivating tension, where the line between good and evil isn’t always clear, and the heart's deepest longings often come at a dangerous price. From there, she continued to craft spellbinding tales, including the Fae of Rewyth series, which delves into the politics, betrayals, and timeless love affairs within a world of ancient fae and bitter rivalries.

Emily’s stories are known for their complex characters, dark atmospheres, and the slow-burn tension that leaves readers hooked from one page to the next. Her characters—often morally grey and painfully real—are forced to confront their own flaws and weaknesses, making them all the more relatable. Themes of redemption, love, and self-discovery run deep through her work, inviting readers to lose themselves in her beautifully dangerous worlds.

When she’s not creating new realms, Emily can be found indulging in her love for television (The Vampire Diaries and all things supernatural), sharing margaritas with friends in warm settings, or engaging with her ever-growing fanbase on social media. With a growing list of books and series that include titles like House of Lies and Sorrow and Queen of Fae and Fortune, Emily Blackwood has quickly become a voice to watch in the fantasy and paranormal genres, with each new release deepening the enchantment she casts on her readers.

Her books are a gateway to unforgettable worlds, and for Emily, the magic never stops—each story is an invitation for readers to step into the unknown and lose themselves in the adventure.
