Limbo II: The Final Chapter

Rex Boggs, Wizard of Limbo, has had little to do over the last ten years other than perfect his baking techniques. But when his mother, Queen Iris, is abducted by the Four Horsemen of the Apocolypse during a stock check at her Lancing newsagent's, he realizes that he's going to have to brush up on his wizarding skills.

With the help of King Bernard, a Cessna 152 and an ancient Lorelei called Tumbril who smells of mothballs and old fish, Rex goes in search of his mother.

Along the way he encounters a naked alien (fluent in seventeen different Earth languages, including Morse code), an ex boy scout who has developed the first completely autonomous bio-computer and a flying saucer piloted by an inebriated Morris dancer.

As if that wasn't trouble enough, it seems that the Universe is about to disappear up its own fundament unless Rex can find the correct formula to rewrite the Limbollian Paradox without compromising the past.

And all the while the V-twin of Death wheels round and round the Hoop of Destiny...
