Joseph Payne Brennan
Joseph Payne Brennan (1918–1990) was an American writer of fantasy and horror fiction.
He published many of his stories in his own magazine, Macabre, which ran from 1957 until 1976, and created his own Occult Detective, Lucius Leffing.
