Lucky Starr and the Oceans of Venus

From the distance it seemed an emerald-green, fairy-land bubble! Aphrodite, the largest city on Venus, deep under the planet's sea. There Earthmen had established an incredible civilization, but now it was threatened by some awesome force which preyed on men's minds.
