Mårten Larsson and his husbands — plural — are at it again, saving the world from exsanguination one twisted vampire bad guy at a time. But the renovations Lonny has slated for Lechmont Manor get put on the back burner when some major demolition unearths a stone coffin and a decades-old plot to polish off the pope. Suddenly the Obscurati are the ones being hunted by members of a powerful supernatural organization that aren't afraid to walk in the daylight. To make matters worse, the mounting tension is driving a wedge between Mårten and his husbands. If Mårten wants to save their unlives — and their marriage — he will have to solve the mystery of the vamp in the silver mask before the Illuminati turn out the lights.
