Toby has been transferred to Section 37 as a punishment, banished to a mouldy office in Wood Green and now under the command of August Shining, a peculiar yet dapper older gentleman who has some very odd ideas, if one were to belive such things.

But when an old Number Station from the Cold War activates a team of reanimated spies, tasked with leading the frontal attack they were sub-consciously programmed for by the Kremlin, MI5 and M16 just won't cut it. When the countdown reaches zero, hundreds of thousands of corpses are going to come back to life all across the UK with nothing less on their mind than invasion, and only Section 37 can stop them.
