Run, Witch, Run

In a small town in Northern California, an orphan girl discovers she has special powers and is being stalked by a coven of witches; a two feet, seven inches tall sorceress, who moves between worlds at will, believes she is the Nietzschean Superman; and in an alternate universe, accessible to both, small mountain witches fight a brutal civil war over mining rights to "The Great Pretty" - moissanite, a diamond-like mineral.
