About the Book
In the high-stakes sequel to New York Times bestselling author Sophie Jordan’s Uninvited, Davy grapples with the fact that she has done just as her DNA predicted: she killed someone.
Davy has spent the last few months trying to come to terms with her new life as an HTS carrier... always knowing in her heart that a DNA test didn’t define her. Until that night she killed a man. Now she is exactly what everyone thought she would become: a killer.
On the run, Davy meets a band of rebels led by the charismatic Caden. He encourages her to join his group and fight for carriers, but Davy struggles to trust Caden’s violent world and her growing feelings for him. And with her own potential for violence lying right beneath the surface, Davy doesn’t even know if she can trust herself.
Unleashed, the sequel to Uninvited, tackles intriguing questions about free will, identity, and human nature and is steeped in New York Times bestselling author Sophie Jordan’s trademark mix of gripping action and breathless romance.
