Heaven is a real place the living built, and it’s called The Upterlife. At the moment of death, the consciousness of obedient citizens are uploaded to hi-tech servers, where fifteen generations of the dead run rampant in video game paradise.

Amichai Damrosch loves his sister enough to murder her into everlasting joy. She was condemned in the last plague, yet the dead have condemned her to painful work maintaining their city-sized servers.
