Lady of Shadows

A year after dying and being resurrected in a new body, outlaw wizard Corcoran Gray is still trying to rebuild his life. So when the powerful Mage's Guild requests his help in curing a mysterious plague that's targeting wizards, he's inclined to refuse.

Then Brix, his partner and the love of his life, begins showing symptoms, and Gray realises he no longer has a choice. He will do anything to save her, even work with his greatest enemies.

Gray forms an uneasy alliance with Dace, a high-ranking Guild official who believes someone is using the plague to wipe out moderate members of the guild, and travels to Brix's homeland to find the source of the disease before it's too late.

But when they arrive, it quickly becomes clear that the situation is more complicated, and more dangerous, than they realised - and there could be thousands of lives at stake...
