Georgia Matthews has roamed the country in an effort to escape her past. Having never known the mother that died during her birth, Georgia has carried around the guilt of her mother’s death like a malignant tumor. Finding temporary comfort in a variety of vices, Georgia isn’t living her life; she’s just getting by.

When her half-sister Mallory calls to say that the woman who raised them has died, Georgia decides to head home to Bayfield, Wisconsin to bury her past and face the Pack of Werewolves she left behind. Her trip home takes an unexpected turn when two mysterious men arrive needing Georgia and Mallory’s help to uncover a terrifying mystery.
