The Elder God's Consort

In Ansera, the gods rule from mortal thrones, taking mortal mates to build their holy dynasties—and waging endless wars with mortal blood. To draw their attention is folly. To draw their ire is a death sentence.

As an apostate on the run from her vengeful goddess’s cult, Ari’s days may well be numbered on one hand. The only thing standing between her fledgling coven and total annihilation is a capricious untamed dragon, and without shelter, resources, and allies, starvation may take her people before their pursuers get a fair shot.

Ari’s last hope lies with an old enemy: Velnyr Napharos, a dark elven goddess so fearsome even Ari’s former mistress shies from her reach. Cold, ruthless, and immensely powerful, Velnyr rules the massive subterranean metropolis called Leviathan with an iron fist.

Fortunately for Ari, Velnyr is willing to strike a deal. Unfortunately, the only price she’ll accept is Ari herself.
