A Cursed Rose

Dreams cannot hurt you. But my nightmares can.

Cursed from birth, Princess Rose’s fate is sealed: marry for an alliance or risk unleashing an eternal winter that will destroy the human world. An arranged marriage could save her, but even that fragile hope is threatened.

Rose’s nightmares are breaking into reality. The horrors she dreams—death, blood, and monstrous terrors—grow stronger with each passing day. And hidden in plain sight is a changeling spy from the Nightmare Court, tasked with using her curse to bring humanity to its knees.

Yet, as she draws closer to him, their dangerous connection may undo everything they thought they knew: about her curse, their loyalties, and their hearts. To survive, Rose must navigate a web of treachery and alliances. Will she become a pawn or rise against her fate before these nightmares consume the world?

The Unseelie are ready to rise. And their reign starts with her.

A Cursed Rose is a standalone Sleeping Beauty retelling. It contains enemies-to-lovers, slow-burn romantic tension, graphic violence, elements of horror, and suggestive fade to black scenes. HEA. This Dark Fantasy Romance is the first in a series of loosely connected stories in the same haunting, magical world.

Note from the Author: It's rated Mature mostly for the violence. The suggestive scenes are pure romance, and relatively tame (nothing explicit). The romance itself isn't necessarily dark, but the story is set in a dark world.
