When murder rocks the sleepy town of Starfall Glen, Maple's friend Lucky becomes the prime suspect. Now, instead of perfecting her grandfather's famous waffle recipe, she's hunting a killer—with help from her oddly intuitive Tibetan Terrier, Pecan, who seems to know more than he's letting on.
