From Hell’s Belles BookTok sensation Jaysea Lynn comes a hotter-than-hell romantasy about forbidden love, dark magic, and a young woman’s fiery adventure in the Afterlife, perfect for fans of Sarah A. Parker and Callie Hart.

They told her to go to Hell.
She went, but on her own terms.

Lily isn’t exactly thrilled with her arrival in the Afterlife, but what awaits her there is more fantastical than she ever could have imagined: Deities wait in line at the coffee shop. Fae flit between realms. Souls find ways to make death a beginning.

As she explores the many corners of the Afterlife, Lily finds herself surprisingly drawn to a place most people would avoid at all costs: Hell. Armed with years of customer service experience and pent-up sarcasm, Lily carves a job out for herself amongst Hell’s demons, sending souls to their rightful circles with more than a hint of sass.

Lily’s expectations are subverted every day in Hell—especially by Bel, a demon general with a distractingly sexy voice. The two meet by chance and form an immediate, deeply healing friendship, but the undeniable heat between them threatens to combust.

Meanwhile, something stirs beyond the boundaries of their world, threatening to destroy everything they’ve known and everything that could be…unless they fight like Hell to stop it.

This debut novel from BookTok sensation Jaysea Lynn invites you to lose yourself in a world where love ignites in the unlikeliest of places, magic defies the rules, and the Afterlife proves more thrilling than anyone could imagine.

Jaysea Lynn

Jaysea Lynn

Most people don’t discover the Afterlife through a TikTok series—but then again, Jaysea Lynn has never followed the usual map. Blending romantic fantasy with a sharp sense of humor and just enough darkness to keep things deliciously complicated, her stories walk the line between the whimsical and the wicked. Best known for Hell’s Belles, the wildly popular TikTok comedy-drama that she wrote, directed, and performed in from a 35-foot sailboat she called home for nearly a decade, Jaysea didn’t set out to be an author. But storytelling has always been her compass.

Raised in the mossy corners of the Pacific Northwest, she grew up surrounded by towering evergreens, persistent rain, and the quiet magic of the coast. Books were both escape and anchor, and long before she dared to share a single line publicly, she was filling notebooks with characters that refused to be silenced. After college, she traded four walls for the freedom of the sea—learning how to fix an engine, navigate a storm, and, most importantly, listen to her own voice.

That voice took form in For Whom the Belle Tolls, her debut romantasy novel inspired by the sass, soul, and sisterhood of Hell’s Belles. With themes of forbidden love, second chances, and the power of choosing your own afterlife, the book has struck a chord with readers who crave fantasy with bite, romance with tension, and dialogue that crackles with wit. Her writing is immersive yet intimate, often layered with gothic undertones and just the right amount of spice.

When she’s not plotting impossible love stories or exploring the supernatural with a wink, she’s probably walking barefoot somewhere she shouldn’t, getting too philosophical over coffee, or deep in a book that blurs the line between beauty and grief.

Hell's Belles

In a world where the afterlife is anything but ordinary, Hell's Belles offers a refreshing twist on fantasy, romance, and the supernatural. When Lily finds herself trapped in the chaotic and often quirky realm of the Afterlife, she quickly realizes that navigating the realm of gods, demons, and fae is anything but dull. In this world, deities line up for their morning coffee, and death is just the beginning of a whole new set of challenges.

At the heart of the story is Lily’s unexpected journey into the infernal depths of Hell, where she takes on a role that no one expects—a soul guide who brings not just compassion, but a bit of sass and unexpected charm. As she learns the ropes of the underworld, her path crosses with Bel, a demon general who’s as complicated as the world they inhabit. Their connection is magnetic, and it’s clear that their interactions are far from typical.

Filled with dangerous missions, forbidden love, and a richly imagined world, Hell's Belles is an exploration of power, choice, and the unexpected bonds that form when two very different souls meet. With vibrant world-building that draws readers into a realm both beautiful and terrifying, Jaysea Lynn creates a universe where every soul has a story, and nothing is ever as it seems.

Fans of urban fantasy and supernatural romance will find themselves captivated by the dynamic characters and the tension-filled atmosphere. Hell’s Belles doesn’t just explore the underworld; it explores what it means to navigate a world where death isn’t the end, but merely a new beginning.

Whether you're drawn to the pulse-pounding suspense or the steamy chemistry between Lily and Bel, this series offers a uniquely engaging blend of humor, heart, and supernatural intrigue. Dive into Hell’s Belles—where the afterlife is just the beginning of an unforgettable journey.

★★★★★★★★★★ 10 / 10

This is the first book I've willingly bought and read in my adult life. After watching hells belles on Instagram I got hooked into the story and couldn't be happier that I made this choice. It covers love, loss, growth, fears, hopes, and dreams. Centering around the main character "Lily", it's an emotional ride and a wonderfully told story about life after death. Looking forward to the rest of the series as it's released.
