WHEN MEMORY FAILS, INSTICT BECOMES LETHAL.
What is a man with no memories? Who is a man with no identity?
He is Rogue.
He has seen the photographs, the house and the Jaguar, but none of it means anything. The man called Kristos even told him his name, but he knew it was a lie. He killed Kristos, and with Kristos died his last hope. Even his DNA was classified top secret.
He now has just one option open to him: Find the FBI director who classified his file and demand an answer. But then that director asks Rogue the same question which had been Kristos’ mantra of madness. Where is Susan’s research?
Susan, the woman he had loved, the woman for whom he had betrayed his wife, the woman who had discovered a secret so terrible she and her children had perished for it, the woman whose death had obliterated his memory and set him on a path of cruel and barbaric revenge.
One thing then becomes clear: he must find Susan’s research and uncover its secrets. Even if, like Susan, he must die for it. His search will lead him back to LA, where it all began, from there to the blazing deserts of Mexico and, ultimately to death itself.
