Her alien abductors made one fatal mistake: they put her in a cell with him.

When Zinnia is uprooted from her life on Earth by alien slavers, she is thrown into a cell with a huge, golden statue. Desperate to escape her harsh new reality, she finds herself talking to him, baring her soul to the silent male.

But when the aliens come to drag her to a fate worse than death, the statue does the impossible. He wakes up.

Jaxx has been trapped in a conscious stasis for cycles, his mind aware but his body locked in a golden shell. He is frozen by grief and loss until a new voice enters his silent world—soft, warm, and achingly alive. Zinnia becomes his tether to reality, and when she is threatened, her terrified scream shatters his prison.

Driven by a fierce, protective instinct, Jaxx frees them both, but their escape pod crashes on a forgotten world. Surrounded by the remains of a fallen civilization, they begin to build a life together.

But the slavers have no intention of losing their property and as the hunters close in, Jaxx must confront the ghosts of his past in order to protect his future.

A warrior who gave up hope. A woman who lost everything. Can they build a future from the ruins of the past?

Each book in the Alien Abduction series can be read as a standalone romance. This sweet and steamy romance is intended for a mature audience only.

Honey Phillips

Honey Phillips is a USA Today bestselling author who’s mastered the art of combining steamy romance with thrilling science fiction. Her books are a thrilling ride through galaxies filled with alien warriors, fierce Earth women, and love that defies the stars. With her stories, readers are swept into universes where danger lurks, but passion always prevails, making her books a must-read for fans of intense romance with a sci-fi twist.

Honey’s passion for storytelling began early. At just five years old, she penned and illustrated her first book—a creation that, while brimming with imagination, lacked a certain polish in the art department. Thankfully, her writing skills have since evolved into a fine-tuned craft, while her drawing remains… well, let's just say, she prefers to leave that to others. Writing is her true calling, and she has spent years honing her craft, blending the excitement of sci-fi with the allure of romance in a way that captivates her readers.

Known for her Alien Abduction, Treasured by the Alien, and Seven Brides for Seven Alien Brothers series, Honey’s books are as much about fierce alien warriors as they are about the strong, relatable women who capture their hearts. Her stories are built on the thrilling premise of abductions and intergalactic invasions, but at their core, they’re about connection, love, and overcoming obstacles—whether they’re from another planet or the human heart.

Outside of her writing, Honey enjoys the simpler pleasures of life: reading, traveling, cooking, and, of course, savoring a glass of champagne—though not necessarily in that order. She’s a homebody at heart, but she dreams of visiting all seven continents. And maybe, just maybe, she’ll pet a squirrel or two along the way.

With each new release, Honey Phillips continues to captivate her growing fanbase. Whether you're a long-time reader or new to her work, her tales of passion, adventure, and the kind of romance that reaches across the stars will keep you turning pages well into the night. You can keep up with her latest books and musings by visiting her website or following her on Instagram.

If you’re looking for a wild ride with a satisfying, steamy ending, dive into Honey Phillips’ galaxy. You won’t be disappointed.

Alien Abduction

Sometimes, the stars don’t just align—they collide.

In Alien Abduction, readers are pulled into a galaxy where danger, desire, and destiny intersect in ways no Earthbound romance ever could. This standout series dares to ask: what happens when the abductors aren’t villains, but potential soulmates? And what if captivity reveals not just alien worlds, but hidden truths about love, identity, and survival?

Each story drops you into a unique slice of the universe—some lush, others brutal—where human heroines find themselves stolen from Earth and thrust into the arms of unexpected protectors, reluctant warriors, or fiercely loyal alien beings. But this isn’t a series about helpless damsels. These women fight, adapt, and challenge their captors, all while navigating the strange, thrilling gravity of interspecies attraction. Whether it’s through battles of will, forced proximity, or slow-burning trust, these connections are as much about emotional evolution as they are about chemistry.

What sets this series apart is how effortlessly it balances heart-pounding action with emotionally grounded intimacy. The world-building never overwhelms—it enhances. Alien cultures, power dynamics, and cosmic politics become the backdrop for deeply personal journeys, where the scariest part isn’t the abduction—it’s how much the heart might change in the process.

Perfect for fans of sci-fi romance who crave heat with high stakes, Alien Abduction doesn’t just explore what it means to be taken—it explores what it means to belong.

This is the final book in this series of standalone books and focuses on Jaxx & Zinnia and the issues they have to overcome together as well as how they end up together. I thought the two of them made a good couple and enjoyed seeing how they worked together during their adventure. I look forward to reading many more books by Honey Phillips in the future as well as several of the earlier books in this series and her next ABC series starting next year.

Some Characters that appear in this story are from previous books:Faith and Athtar first appeared in Faith and the FighterElla and Karthajin’s story is in Ella and the EmperorBethie’s parents appear in Alien Most Wanted: Mastermind
