My life had been turned upside down the moment I learned aliens were real. But finally, finally, things seem to be looking up. I’m safe, and I have a plan. All I have to do is make it to the stranger I’m supposed to marry and I can start building a stable life for myself.

Princes Sedikos isn’t a farmer looking for a wife to work at his side and start a family with. He’s a gorgeous, spoiled playboy, who throws around money like it grows on trees and drinks blood to get his rocks off.

His greatest goal in life is to infuriate his parents, and create a buzz of gossip wherever he goes. And lucky me, he decides showing off his new human ‘concubine’ is the perfect way to accomplish both those goals.

We couldn’t be more opposite. A farm girl who craves quiet evenings and the company of close friends, stuck with a magnetic, impulsive scandalmonger who craves attention and has a generous streak a mile wide.

Sedikos claims he’ll help me find the male I was supposed to marry, but the longer I’m with him the more I wonder if my heart will be intact when I finally leave.
