Unrated

In SEAL Team Six 2, the team is thrust into the lawless chaos of Libya in the throes of civil war. Their mission is to find and retrieve a Chinese national held within a Gaddafi stronghold deep inside the embattled city of Sirte. The mission is of vital importance if US military and intelligence forces hope to stem the tide of weapons flowing from within the crippled regime. The team is short two men and the planning is hasty. But Manny, Heath, Chili and Flame are willing to jump into the fire, face impossible odds and battle enemies from within and without to protect the Homeland. If they're captured alive, there's no rescue and no release. If they fail, then deadly ordnance falls into the hands of America's enemies. It's a race against the clock as an entire nation falls into the barbaric aftermath of the Gaddafi regime where bloodthirsty rebel bands search for weapons, loot and revenge. The SEALs' mission will bring them to the flashpoint of the revolution as they travel across the free-fire zone of Libya with no one to rely on for their survival but themselves.

Chuck Dixon

Chuck Dixon

Chuck Dixon is a name that resonates deeply within the world of comics, where his stories have shaped some of the most beloved characters in pop culture. Born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Dixon found his calling in the gritty world of comic books, starting his career in the mid-1980s. While many writers are known for a singular achievement, Dixon's versatility has allowed him to leave an indelible mark across genres—from the hard-hitting streets of The Punisher to the shadowy alleys of Gotham with Batman.

Dixon’s approach to writing is as straightforward as his characters: direct, with an underlying intensity that drives each page forward. He is particularly renowned for his ability to craft characters with a strong sense of justice, morality, and personal struggle—traits that are apparent in his work on Robin and his creation of the iconic villain Bane in the Batman universe. It was his work on The Punisher at Marvel that first earned him widespread acclaim, where he injected the character with a visceral, action-packed energy that captivated readers.

As much as Dixon’s legacy lies in the world of superheroes, his transition to writing novels has shown that his talents extend well beyond comic book pages. With the Levon Cade series, Dixon brought his knack for fast-paced, suspense-filled narratives to prose. This new direction has earned him a dedicated following of readers who appreciate his no-nonsense approach to storytelling, a hallmark of his comic book roots. Dixon's novels echo the same themes of survival, retribution, and deep moral dilemmas that made his comic work so compelling.

Through it all, Dixon’s writing has remained a constant reflection of his own roots in the world of action, adventure, and characters who battle for justice against overwhelming odds. Whether it’s the dark streets of Gotham or the wild open plains of his latest thriller, Chuck Dixon continues to craft stories that speak to anyone who loves a tough, compelling narrative. His influence within both comics and novels is profound, and with each new project, he continues to prove why he is a force to be reckoned with in the world of storytelling.

From superhero sagas to vigilante justice tales, Dixon’s work is far from just entertainment; it’s a blueprint for how action and heart can coexist, drawing readers deep into the worlds he creates. And he shows no signs of slowing down, with more stories on the horizon, keeping readers—and fans—coming back for more.
