This was a really enjoyable story with some fall elements in it but not enough for it to not be an enjoyable read at any time of year. I loved getting to know Azaren & Poppy and seeing how their relationship comes together and Poppy's cat Reggie is a fun occasional side character. This story has an interesting plot as well as multiple background characters and excellent world building. The epilogue at the end was a sweet way of wrapping the story up and I hope this author writes more books set in the small town of Screaming Woods in the future.
