It is the early 1980s, and Berlin and Germany are on the cusp of reunification. A new treaty is made to pull down the Berlin Wall, and the end of the Cold War is in sight. But when politician Wolfgang Zimmerman, the architect of the treaty, is exposed as a Soviet agent, everything is thrown into chaos.
