American pilot Mitchell Gant barely escaped the USSR alive after stealing its cutting-edge stealth fighter. Nevertheless, he's going back again—this time, to rescue an American agent with evidence of a looming threat. A group of highly placed, power-hungry Soviets, who want to undermine any hope of a treaty between the superpowers, has plans to put a laser battle station into orbit and destroy America's space shuttle.
