The Midnight Serpent

After the death of the usurper, Lyanndra and Syran bring peace to Alastria once more. But when a familiar foe makes a daring escape from the palace dungeons and a devastating natural disaster strikes in the southernmost reaches of the lands, the whole kingdom is thrown into turmoil.

Separated by duty and pulled taut by the threads of fate, Lyanndra is forced to confront her past while Syran struggles with his new responsibilities as King of Alastria. And in the shadows, a terrible plot unfolds.

For beneath the kingdom, something has been slumbering for a very long time.

Something old.

Something forgotten.

And now, it’s waking up.
