Texas Reckoners

In the Texas Reckoners series, co-authored by Brandon Sanderson and Steven Bohls, the familiar world of the Reckoners is expanded into new, treacherous territory. After the Calamity has warped the world, some humans—known as Epics—wield godlike powers that strike fear into the hearts of the population. These superhuman beings have turned the world upside down, leaving only remnants of hope in the hands of those who dare to resist.

The series shifts focus to a new team of Reckoners, based in Texas, where the stakes are even higher and the enemies more unpredictable. Led by Jax, a fierce and determined survivor, the group is committed to dismantling the reign of the Epics, one power-hungry villain at a time. With the high-tech floating city of Lux as their target, the team must face off against a force unlike any they’ve encountered before—an Epic with control over life itself. Lifeforce, the High Epic of Lux, is just one of many new challenges the Reckoners must confront in their fight for freedom.
