Hero!
The Ultimate Solution
Vaun was born a peasant in the stinking mud flats of the thriving planet Ult, but he rose through its hellhole training acadamy to become the toughest young officer in the Space Patrol. Then the mysterious group known only as the Brotherhood staged a surprise attack. Vaun led the first ship out against them – and returned to a hero's welcome as flaming debris from the enemy ship rained down across the planet.
But the Brotherhood was implacable. Thwarted on Ult, still it advanced. One by one, neighboring worlds lost touch and fell silent.
Then the Patrol detected a gigantic spacecraft speeding from one of these now silent worlds towards Ult on a collision course. Vaun knew in his gut it meant war. And knowing full well that this time he was overmatched, he set out to save Ult a second time...
