Spork of the Ayor
About the book

Spork of the Ayor

Spork, like Tarzan of the Apes, is a weak, dependent human infant among strange alien life forms on a remote planet far from Terran settlements. Unable to survive among plant and animal life all of which preys on other species through telekinetic action, the Ayorian Eme, during her natural maturation process, accepts Spork as her twinning problem, completes his neuronic growth and thereafter guides Spork through to adulthood.

Eme is killed by the evil Tepen, a radical offshoot of the Ayor, and the naive Spork, unable to shake off his human emotional heritage, seeks revenge. Later, ever-naive Spork leads the Ayor through a series of galactic-wide adventures, whence Spork finally learns of and achieves his human heritage.
