Six years ago, Johnny Joya led the sea-born Cadets of the Space Academy back to the sea. He knew that the sea and land-born must separate or clash. When the Cadets refused to return to the Land, the Sea-People were declared outlaws, hunted and killed like animals in a one-sided war without quarter.
