Hired by the Yacht Club to turn or kill the bank manager, a man dressed as a clown robs a bank on Shadow Island. But it’s bigger than that.
Working with her old FBI instructor, Rebecca West and her team track down the robber who is receiving detailed instructions at every step. The Yacht Club is working to set him up to be killed, instead of getting him out safely as they promised.
Can they stop them in time? Since it’s likely someone in law enforcement with a bid for the Sheriff’s office on Shadow Island.
