Jenna
I've worked the night shift at the local gas station for years, and nothing exciting ever happens. That is, until a tall dark stranger comes in to buy a coffee. I thought he was just passing through town, but then he starts coming in every night.

Whenever our eyes meet, I try to muster the courage to say something to him, but I never can and only end up blushing my butt off.
I begin to daydream about the man who has an air of mystery and danger, and it lessens the loneliness I feel.
The night I finally manage to say 'hi' to him, the gas station is robbed, and my tall dark stranger saves my life before disappearing.
A few days later, I'm offered a job as a housekeeper for a wealthy recluse. It pays more money than I've ever hoped to make in my lifetime, so I accept.
I miss my handsome stranger, though.

That is, until I hear a commotion one night and find him bleeding in the kitchen.
It turns out everything is not as it seems, and like a helpless fly, I'm stuck in the web he's spun around me.
