Secret of the Sinister Six

His name is the Gentleman. He is one of the wealthiest men in the world – and the most dangerous. Over the decades the Gentleman has been the secret mastermind and financier of wars and acts of crime and barbarism around the world. He is also the man who killed Peter Parker's parents. But that was only the start of his quest for vengeance. According to his twisted code, the children must also pay in blood for the transgressions of the parents. Thus, Peter Parker must be destroyed as well!

Years ago, the Gentleman discovered that Peter Parker is secretly Spider-Man. To help him accomplish his goal, the Gentleman has brainwashed Peter Parker's long-lost sister and turned her into the super-villainess known as Pity, and has organized a new Sinister Six composed of Doctor Octopus, Electro, the Vulture, Mysterio, Pity, and himself. Now, New York City has become the stage for the Gentleman's final act of vengeance. And even though Spider-Man has the high-tech help of the super-spy organization S.A.F.E., it appears that nothing can stop the Gentleman from achieving his goal!
