Along the way she makes friends with others from her past who have traveled many lifetimes just for the day she would be 'born'. But there is also a horde of enemies who want nothing more than to stop her, preferably by death. Her only gift after being turned seems to be immortality as she remains completely human. Will this be enough to stop them?
